I've used them for 2 years now and they always find a quick and accurate solution. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I can use them for my home computer! Don't go with anyone else. forum info tech is a one stop solution shop. I work at marketing in my compan, yes this will sound like I'm selling them. But they are truly worth it.
